Working with Headline Media, a veteran web design firm based in Los Angeles, Ms. Frederick was aiming to fine-tune the design and functionality of H&H Creations of Custom Embroidery's website to fully meet the needs of her loyal, as well as new, clients.
"I am so happy with the way it has turned out. The Headline Media team has implemented a comprehensive set of modern features that make our site faster, more responsive and modern . These improvements in the interface enhance the experience for our customers," Ms. Frederick said.
Additionally, the H&H Creations of Custom Embroidery website has been adapted for mobile use, making a visit to the website an experience customers can enjoy from their portable devices as well as their large-screen desktops.
"This means that custom embroidery orders can be placed while sitting in the bleachers of a baseball game," laughed Frederick.
